The 2019 Neighborhood Lights program has been reinvented as an immersive community arts experience, open to all city residents where we will celebrate four artistic disciplines: culinary arts, literary arts, performing arts and visual arts.
Light City is back and bigger than ever. Light City, a festival of light, music, and innovation, will feature a Light Art Walk at its center with awe-inspiring light art installations, performances, a fun-filled family zone, and Neighborhood Lights events throughout Baltimore.
